O'Reilly's Safari Online Bookshelf
I've been using Safari for a few months now. In case you haven't been the beneficiary of their word-of-mouth advertising, Safari is an online book resource which allows subscribers to access the full text of books from O'Reilly's excellent catalogue.
At the moment, I'm working on a big J2EE project, using JBoss, Struts, Eclipse and XDoclet. Considering the complexity of the project, the quality and clarity of the books on Safari have made this resource a necessity.

Safari contains the full text and associated source code (as found on included CD's) of thousands of titles, and provides the subscriber with a set of 'slots', into which you place the books you want to use. They cannot be removed for a month, so you need to be careful to use the slots wisely. That being said, an extensive preview function and search engine allows you to reliably identify the right books for the job at hand.
